Long Stay Parking at Gatwick Airport North Terminal
Hi all.
Has anybody used long stay parking while flying from Gatwick Airport North Terminal?
We are flying out on 11 June 2015 and need to park our car for 1 week. I am looking for a trustworthy and not to expensive car park, with airport terminal transfers,it needs to be secure, for my peace of mind. I have found one company where they meet you at the terminal & you hand your car keys to them to drive it to their car park, after reading their website & reviews,I am none to confidant in them,so would prefer to avoid them.
Any pointers and/or advice please.
Thanks in advance.

Some of these companies have been on watchdog. I always park in the long stay where you have to catch the shuttle bus.

APH seems the best choice from the site above.0 -
Last year I was going to use the regular Long Stay as usual but found a good deal with cash back using the valet parking right next to the terminal. I'll be doing the same this year.0

North Terminal is more expensive that south for some reason. There is a free shuttle between the two.
Recently I took up a deal with Ibis hotel 1 Nights stay and parking for up to 8 days for £79. Shuttle bus is an extra £3 each way to both terminals[strike]Debt @ LBM 04/07 £14,804[/strike]01/08 [strike]£10,472[/strike]now debt free:j

If you are happy to get a coach in, APH have a good reputation.

Just long stay it on site, don't risk anything else. Why scrimp on a tenner to get cheap parking when spending so much on a holiday?!
Google search "Gatwick parking comparison" and that will bring up your options. Generally cost is same everywhere but sometimes you can get cashback / discount codes.0 -
I would also just pay for the official long stay and jump on the shuttle bus.
Not a cat in hells chance I would be handing my car keys over to random urchin to go thrashing it around town whilst I am away, it isn't as if there aren't enough horror stories about it.0 -
Stay at this guest house the night before. They take you to the airport and collect you after & your car is safe. I've done this several times. The owners are very helpful. There is a small charge for leaving the car but it is small.
