Do you think that somebody new to online train booking should know that?
Hmm, I am not quite sure how to answer that.

    East Coast say:
...To collect your tickets, you must have both a credit/debit card and your ticket booking reference.....
I think that's all people need to know.

Some still have the old wording, stating you need the credit/debit card you used to book the ticket, but that's no longer the case.
  • just on the delay repay thing - there are quite a few ways of doing it. you can claim via the train company, but there are services like delayrepaysniper and traintrick that can do the claim for you.
