S&S ISA and Cash ISA

Am getting a very poor rate on my cash ISA and would like to top up my stocks and shares ISA - am I allowed to transfer out of cash ISA and into S&S? Not sure of rules here!

    Perfectly allowed, just make sure you request a transfer in form from the stocks and shares ISA provider to avoid accidentally using any of your allowance.
