Co-op bank not paying £100 cash back

Opened a Co-op personal account last June using their account switch service. So long as £800 was paid in within 30 days of opening the account and their account switching service was used to move the old account balance, transfer direct debits and standing orders, they advertised they would pay £100 in to my account within 45 days. Eight months have passed by and still no £100 off them, I have chased this with them on the phone six weeks ago and in the Norwich branch around three weeks ago, they acknowledge I met all their stipulated criteria for the £100 but are still not paying it. Anyone else had this experience with them?
I should add, the account has not gone overdrawn and has been properly used as my main personal account. The account which I switched from was also closed during the switching process.

Put in a formal complaint in writing.43580

Thanks Hazzanet, that is my intention. I am more curious if anyone else has had this experience though so I can gauge if this is a genuine possible mistake on their behalf or a common practice they undertake in the hope a customer will let them off or forget.0

I'd put it down to a member of staff that just wanted to get rid of you and wasn't properly trained. I'm sure a letter to head office will sort the problem out fairly sharpish.43580

I switched mine 30 days ago and it has still not been credited. I am eagerly waiting for an additional 15 days so I can gladly complain and get more money from compensation. I have already called their contact center 3 times regarding this.£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0

their service, and their unwillingness to adhere to agreements, is very disappointing.0

Today is my 45th day. I will see if it arrives today, but I'm not holding out much hope...0

I found that they didn't pay me the switch bonus.
Transferred account as per conditions but still didn't qualify. After the transfer without thinking I'd closed a savings account that had one of the DDs on and that had then gone off the account.
In the small print it isn't just transferring the DDs but they have to remain active for the period of the bonus qualification.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
