Ok so I opened a TSB Classic plus A/C on Jan 9th everything is paperless and all fine.
but the only problem is when I log into the website and click on order paper statements I chose the date range e.g 9th Jan/3rd march it 1st said statement cannot be ordered online and told me i need to ring them up so i did that & they ordered statement it came on Friday.. Now it say a statement hasn't been issued with that date range.. Why is this?? Will have to wait till next one is issued??
