Viners warranties honoured?

I have a set of Viners pans, bought in 2008 with a 10 year warranty. A few years back one broke, I contacted Viners through their website and they very efficiently replaced it. Another has now broken, but the Viners website is gone and from googling it seems they went into administration.
Assuming this is true, is anyone honouring Viners warranties? I guess not, but on the other hand I see shops are still selling Viners products on the basis of these long warranties. That would presumably be verging on fraudulent if there is nobody around to honour them….?!

The Viners brand is owned by Rayware, although the entry on the Rayware website only refers to Viners cutlery.

You are right that pans are still being sold with extended warranties (I found 5 year examples) so if I was buying I'd want to know whether that warranty was being provided by Rayware or by the seller.0 -
Further to this, I asked Rayware if they would honour the warranty. Annoyingly, despite the fact I made clear from the start I was asking about a 2008 Viners product, they first got my hopes up by making me complete a product registration form, and only then told me that pre-2014 Viners products were nothing to do with them. (If they're not responsible that's fair enough, but they could have saved some hassle by actually taking the trouble to read my first email - doesn't make me inclined to buy anything from Rayware in the future!)
But on the plus side, once they did get the idea, they gave me contact details for the Viners administrators. So (without much hope) I'll try them next …..0
