First you need to have an HSBC advance account - which requires you to pay in £1750 a month.

In terms of the save together offer you just need to invest £300 as a lump sum once or £25+ a month to get the £10 monthly reward for a year into the loyalty isa. This can include transfers in from prior year isas - it doesn't have to be 2014-15 funds.

If you delay the ISA payments/transfer until April - your first payment of £10 will be in May but you will still get 12 months worth (assuming they don't drop the offer part way through the 12 months as the terms do allow).

Thanks Marty. if as you say, I will get the 12 payments, even if I open the Isa in April, this is better for me, as I will just transfer my maturing Isa into hsbc next month, then, may, top it up, with funds for 15/16,year, and get the HSBC bonus on top! yes I have the Advance a/c.open.
