DLA to PIP at age 16 ?

My son was awarded DLA in September last year until Sept 2016. He is 16 years in July this year. I've looked at the PIP map regarding invitations to apply for PIP when on DLA and it appears ours is not an area specified in the timetable. Am I right to assume the earliest he will receive the " invitation" is from October 2015 ? Thanks

Lol - answered own question ! This checker confirms he is not in a PIP postcode area so unless they introduce our post code before Oct 2015 - it definitely appears to be on or after October 2015.
