If that's the case then have you opened a case for not as described? If you've opened a returns request it will make a difference because if they are a private seller they don't have to accept a return! If you've messaged them saying it's not as described and heard nothing for 4 days I would open a not at described case because you've given them a chance to rectify the issue and they haven't done anything about it.

A returns request is not necessarily a SNAD claim. Businesses have a returns system that means a buyer can formally request a return for any reason and sellers can choose to either send a label, send postage money or tell buyer to return at their own cost. Private buyers with returns accepted also have this being rolled out to them but also with the option to refuse a return.
