    comparable insurance?
Orange care provided a replacement handset next day.

I've rang at 11pm on a saturday and had the new handset 8am sunday. My bank account insurance couldn't do that.

Only just found the statements confirming that. How about that D?

You've never read the paperwork sent to you OR the itemised bills sent?

Also, who said it was bank account insurance? Do not presume. Fools presume.

Statements that were issued to you 8 years ago.

As I said, you may get lucky. However, it is a weak complaint. Always a good idea to look at your complaint from their point of view and what you would do if you were them.

"Found" them? What made you go looking for them?

But if you had needed a replacement . . .

That's how insurance works, most people hope they never need to claim on house/ contents/ car/ life insurance etc etc etc
You don't get it back just because you didn't need to claim on it.
