B T UK phone number for poor customer service?

We are having repeated problems with our broad band, and have repeatedly contacted thier customer service team without any resolve of the problem.
The call centres are all abroad, does anyone have a number in the UK we could use?

I would ask first as so many broadband problems are easy to solve .

Is this problem over WiFi??

Thank you JJ off to have a look.
The broad band connection keeps loosing its speed intermittently.
When we turn the hub on and off it works again!!
We have explained this whilst blue in the face with no joy.
They suggested we change the wifi channel which we have done several times without it fixing the problem.
BT just don't seem to accept that we have a faulty hub!
