We want our sink, dishwasher and washing machine back!

Mid-January we called on the drain unblocking services of "ansa." They arranged to send out 2 engineers - to provide a CCTV service of the drains and unblock - and provide a DVD from the camera footage.
I took the afternoon off to be there to support my wife.
They got their "snake head auger" equipment stuck in the pipes. Struggle and tug and try as hard as they could - it was all locked solid. In the end they left - saying that once access to the pipe was provided - they would come back - retrieve their equipment - and make good the pipes which they had now drilled in - and cut through in their effort to get their stuff out.
I was assured by their manager that ansa - although reluctant would pay for us to get a someone in - to lift up the laminate flooring - and then put it back again. It soon became obvious that we would have to have new laminate flooring - that it would all need to be replaced. We sent in a quote - having had 3 - and on 4th Feb waited for a reply. 2 weeks came and went. In the first week I was repeatedly told that the management was looking at this quote - At the end of the 2nd week - I decided that we should try and look at an alternative plan - re-route the pipework to collect the water from the sink - and the redundant dishwasher and washing machine... We got more quotes - and just over a week ago I sent off the 3 quotes - 1 flooring 2 plumbing. I was assured that "management" would look at them.
After some chasing - I was sent an email referring to the "recent attendance" - of the ansa engineers...!
I am emailing in relation to the recent attendance from ourselves I have heard back from management to advise that we can now attend to complete the removal of the equipment within your drains...
We were now being told that the same engineer would come back - have the same access BUT he would now be able to get the snake-head auger out of the pipes.
We were sceptical - I managed to get the name the Manager's "boss." He agreed in a phone call yesterday that it was pointless sending out an engineer to attempt this. He said he had to speak to his manager - but that he would have a resolution before me before lunchtime today. I called at 12 30, and 2pm. Eventually he left me an ansaphone message - saying he had tried to call... When I did again call at 4 30pm he was again in a meeting - but the secretary told me he was proposing that 2 engineers come out on Wednesday to see what needed to be done
What should we be doing?
