The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding (a) anyone connected in a professional capacity with the Prize Draw and that person’s immediate family members, and (b) employees and contractors of Amazon and its affiliates or of the Prize Provider(s) (defined below). Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Entrants are not required to have an Amazon.co.uk account.

There is one prize to be won (the “Prize”), consisting of:
(a) one (1) pair of tickets for each winner and one (1) guest to Neil Diamond Live (“Event”) at the winner’s selected venue from the list below (each a “Venue”), subject to availability:
i. Belfast Odyssey Arena; 30 June, 2015
ii. Belfast Odyssey Arena; 1 July, 2015
iii. Manchester Arena; 7 July, 2015
iv. Birmingham Genting Arena; 9 July, 2015
v. O2 Arena, London; 14 July, 2015
vi. O2 Arena, London; 16 July, 2015
vii. Birmingham Genting Arena; 18 July, 2015;
(b) a guitar signed by Neil Diamond (“Guitar”);
(c) return standard class rail tickets for the winner and their guest from the UK mainline rail station nearest to the winner’s home (or, if in Northern Ireland, return economy flights from the airport nearest to the winner’s home) to the city in which their selected Venue is located departing on the day of the Event and returning on the following day; and
(d) one night’s accommodation for the winner and their guest at a hotel with at least 4 Stars located near to the winner’s selected Venue.

1) Each entrant must select their chosen venue from the list above when submitting their entry form.
2) The winner’s guest must be aged 18 years or over as at the date of the Event.
3) The Prize Provider will organise and confirm the flights, transfers and accommodation to be provided as part of the Prize which will be arranged once the winner has been notified and has accepted the Prize. No refund or compensation will be given in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or transfer. Travel and accommodation are subject to availability and both are subject to any additional terms and conditions of the relevant transport or accommodation provider. Neither Amazon nor the Prize Provider will replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets or travel documents.
4) The winner and their guest are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, travel insurance and any other necessary travel documentation, including without limitation, travel visas.
5) The guest must travel together with the winner on all flights and on all transfers. The winner and their guest will share a hotel room of double or twin occupancy.
6) The winner and their guest are solely responsible for all ancillary expenses associated with the Prize and their attendance at the Event including, but not limited to, any additional travel or baggage costs and the cost of food or drink purchased.
7) The Prize Provider will confirm the start time in advance of the Event. The winner and their guest should arrive promptly at the Venue at this start time. Failure to arrive promptly may result in the winner and their guest being unable to attend the Event and redeem the Guitar.
8) The winner and guest will be required to produce photographic ID in order to attend the Event.
9) The Prize must be redeemed in full at the Event and cannot be redeemed in parts.
10) The Prize carries no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted, except that Amazon may, at its sole discretion, substitute any Prize won with a prize of equal or greater value.
11) Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of Amazon.

The Prize Draw opens to entries on Tuesday, 3 March, 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Monday, 23 March, 2015 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

I just put my choice of venue in brackets after my name - that way it's still there and I won't get disqualified on a technicality (I hope)

As one of the venues is my home town I'm hoping that they'll realise that's where I'd want to see him if I won

As I live five minutes walk from the Mancehster Arena i'd really have to pick one of the other venues if I won as it would be a shame to waste the travel and accommodation part of the prize... :-D
