Lloyds TSB - Pin request ???

in Credit cards
I've forgotten my pin for my card, so I went on-line to request a new pin.
You can only do so via the website "request a pin" by texting PIN xxxxxxxxxxx to 61119. But when doing so and send it, I get a reply "recepient unknown, cancelled" on my mobile  , otherwise I could pop into the branch one day.
Has anyone had trouble with this number or is there another to use.
Plus there is no link to complain about this on-line.

If its a credit card call pin services - if its a debit card your local branch can do it.0
-
If it's a credit card - ask them for a replacement Chip & Signature Card and you wont have any future PIN issues.
Footnote: It looks as if the Chip & PIN Garage Scam could be migrating to shops.0
