    if you're constantly going over the speed limit without realising you need to be driving 1 gear down than what you are currently driving.

    What a load of !!!!!!!!.

    If you are struggling to stay under the limit, you really do need to observe your dash more. If you want something to bleep at you, the most effective, although expensive solution, is to install a 2Din headunit which can automatically launch iGo and then this can interrupt the radio when you're over the speed limit. I have this functionality in my car, do I use it? No.
