Currency card for family - 2 different named cards looking at 1 account

Does anyone know if any currency pre pay cards will provide cards against one account for 2 different people.
We have previously had this option from travelex however I just applied and realised this wasn't possible.
If not have others managed to get around this in the past??

Travelex do give you an extra card for free, though likely without name. You can also get a secondary card from Caxton.0
