· Prize Draw in relation to Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway programme (“the Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and via post on Saturday 7 March 2015.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at midday on Thursday 19 March 2015.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at midday on Thursday 19 March 2015.



Winner selection & contact:



· The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

· The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable for 2 days after Thursday 19 March 2015.



How to enter & cost of entry:



You may enter by the following routes:

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 619 234 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword SNT to 68555; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

For the purposes of this Prize Draw, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 40 entries.



Prize:



There is one (1) prize consisting:



(a) Cash:



A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

(b) New York holiday:



This element of the prize consists of a holiday to New York City for the winner and three (3) companions.



The prize includes:

· return British Airways economy class flights for the winner and three (3) companions departing Tuesday 31 March 2015 from London Heathrow Airport to New York;

· return ground transfers (by coach) for the winner and three (3) companions between the airport and hotel in New York City;

· five (5) nights’ accommodation at the Westin, Times Square, New York City for the winner and three (3) companions based on four (4) people sharing two (2) twin or double rooms on a room only basis;

· a “Super New York” 72 hour excursion pass (the “pass”) for the winner and three (3) companions to see a selection of famous tourist attractions in New York City. The pass shall include hop-on and hop-off tours and shall include, without limitation, the following:

the Downtown Tour, the Uptown Tour and the Bronx Tour;
an escorted night tour of Manhattan;
a ticket to the “Top Of The Rock” OR the “Empire State Building Observatory”;
entry on to Liberty/Ellis Island;
entry on a City Sightseeing New York hop-on, hop-off ferry;
admission to the Museum of the City of New York;
an Eat & Play Card (valid for up to 4 (four) people); and
admission into Ripley’s Times Square;
a two course meal at the Hard Rock Caf! New York for the winner and three (3) companions; and
tickets for the winner and three (3) companions to see Disney’s new Broadway theatre production of “Aladdin”.


The Prize must be taken up on the dates specified (depart Tuesday 31 March 2015 and return Sunday 5 April 2015). It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant date.



Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.



The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party and adhere to the relevant visa entry requirements (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.



It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.



The prize excludes ground transport to and from the UK airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions or treatments (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses (including, if applicable, departure and/or arrival taxes), spending money and fees for passports or visas.



The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

(c) BMW 1 Series:



A BMW 1 Series 116i 5-door Sports Hatch in Alpine White with Anthracite/Red Track cloth upholstery and matt Coral Red interior trim finisher including twelve (12) months’ road tax, first registration fee, seven (7) days’ insurance and a full tank of fuel. The car will come with the Sports package. The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, a current driver’s licence and/or current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport, and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car (following the first seven (7) days’ insurance included) and all other costs associated with taking up the Prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

The prize includes delivery to the winner's home address (a signature may be required upon delivery). The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). I suppose, with £10k, you could book a separate hotel / flight dates back.. or a totally different trip!
