Virgin Atlantic terms and conditions

The Prize will consist of one pair of Virgin Atlantic Economy confirmed round trip tickets to New York for the named Prize Winner for travel between 1 April 2015 and 30 April 2016 inclusive.
The prize also includes Virgin Atlantic's 'Guest List' package, and consists of two London Heathrow Clubhouse invitations and a chauffeur driven car to/from any mainland UK destination. Pick up/drop off must be within 75 driven mile radius to London Heathrow airport. The 'Guest List' package is strictly subject to availability and can only be redeemed with the prize winner flight as outlined in Terms 1. If the prizewinner travels alone the second Guest List invitation will be forfeited.
Travel is not permitted 10 days either side of Easter 2015 or Easter 2016, 15 July 2015 - 15 September 2015 or between 15 December 2015 – 15 January 2016 inclusive.
Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability & capacity control at the time of booking. Availability for use of the Prize is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available. Popular dates (i.e. weekends & public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.
The Prize Winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion. If the prize winner wishes to travel alone, the second ticket will be forfeited.
The Prize is only valid for flights on routes operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and has no cash value.
The Prize is valid for flights originating from the UK only.
The Prize Winner will be notified by Virgin Money via written notification, confirming details of how to book the prize flights and booking conditions.
No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this competition.
The Prize Winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own accommodation, visa, passport and insurance requirements.
Passenger taxes, charges, fees and surcharges (the amount of which are subject to change) on the Prize flights to New York in Economy are to be paid for by Virgin Money.
The Prize Winner and their companion will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
The Prize is for travel in Economy only and is not upgradable.
The Prize is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
If the Prize is not redeemed, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation provided.
Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled by the Prize Winner no alternative tickets will be issued and the Prize will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
Once the Prize has been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic
