Which travel insurance to cover timeshare?

Does anyone have any experience of which travel insurance companies cover timeshare? By that I mean I would need the points to be reimbursed in the case of illness etc. as well as the normal cover required for holidays. I am currently with Interval International but they are rather expensive.
It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
