TESCO H&B COUPONS - Thread 3 *See First Post for UPDATES*

Sorry if posted this in wrong place, quite new to this.
Have Tesco now got a new policy on accepting coupons?
I have never had a problem, with them accepting any amount of coupons ever, and then yesterday when I tried to give a large amount that I had, she said I can only accept coupons for what you have actually bought, plus 2 extra ones.
I was gutted as I had loads probably about £20.00 of coupons in total.
Is this their new policy or was I just unlucky this time?
If anybody knows anything about this please let me know, as I have saved loads of money in the past through coupons.
Suzy
A couple of days ago my coupons were refused and the SA said their policy had changed and they could only take coupons against goods you had bought. Today in a different shop they took every one I handed over. I never understand Tesco's policies but just think I am lucky when they take all the coupons.0 -
Does anyone know whether ladies mains/battery razors come under beauty or electricals? My daughter has been advised to get one and I thought if I could get one cheaper it would be even better.
Thanks.0 -
I think they come under electricals. I've scoured tesco.com and can't find then under T&B.

Some of the shops with the healthcare I got:
2 x £3.79 nit lotion (on offer), kids vapour rub, 2 x £1 pharmacy medicine vouchers, 2 x £1 healthcare, £2 off an £8 spend on healthcare = a £2.55 spend. Always good to have nit lotion in the house especially with school going back.

My DD used to get them about 3 times a yr. I just coated hair in conditioner and combed through, then literally went through every strand of hair pulling off the tiny ones and eggs. Did that every day for a week and have never had any probs. I know it takes up time but I would rather do that than put dangerous chemicals in their hair.
Same with calpol. It has aspartame in it, as does most paracetamol liquid. I would rather give my kids sugar than that dangerous sweetener Its banned in america and other countries. I use medinol if I have to give paracetamol, although now they're 12 and 8 I give them the paracetamol tablets instead. very rarely tho!I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...0 -

I haven't bought loads of it as I don't like carrying 14 bottles of it in my trolley, think I will be noticed more easily so I have kept it to a minimum.
Last count for me was 56 bottles...
I bet with leadhead, he could add a couple of zeroes to my figure
Having sold 50 bottles last weekend to a friend for £20:j am now only left with 116   . Though as I have a stash of H&B's left suspect this may double by Sunday 4.00pm when Tesco's close. :rotfl: :rotfl:
14 at a time does seem like taking the biscuit (or is it the whole biscuit factory) but it would be rude to refuse such a good offer from Mr T. And, why recycle the £2.50 & £1.00 H&B coupon when it can be put to good use?
Thanks to all for their contributions.
PS Anyone seen the dreaded news that September's DM Book coupon has a "strange" barcode that might NOT scan at Mr T:eek: . What am I going to do next month - raid recycling bins for scraps of food instead of discarded Daily Mails?0 -

Tescos only have one policy Suzy and that is..........We have no policy.
Theyve had this policy since they opened, and although some stores may think they have a policy, they usually forget to pass it down to the people who need to know it,
Some of us were RandRing PSP's XBoxes and other high value electricals 3 and 4 times a day last year(at this time actually).....and they had the same policy then as wellCouponing....."every little hurts"

Some good shops tonight, decided as it was near the end of this(at least 6 shops every night) episode, i would risk a bit more tonight and do triple shops in one
The main one being 14 Radox, 6 Loaded and 2 Summer glow.in the same transaction.
I'm sure this store MUST be under the impression that they MUST accept everything you give them, and sort out your coupons to reduce the total to as little as possible
this is the triple shop
14 Radox £20.72
6 Loaded varies depending on product..but £10.14 to £10.74
2 Summer Glow £9.98
4 shops went through at 36p and 1 at 11p
Other shops(in another store) include 18 Loaded for 42p, 6 loaded for 5p
14 Radox on there own, a couple of times
14 Radox and Summer Glow for 13p
Only got 13 £2.50's and 20 £1 left now for final onslaught......(keep finding more at home/in car/ in DD's car each day)...but not looking any more now....but they bound to put them back out tomorrow.....lolCouponing....."every little hurts"
