TESCO H&B COUPONS - Thread 3 *See First Post for UPDATES*

Mrs T wondered whether H&B coupons were in Tescos with pharmacies. I used a H&B 250 points coupon in a Tesco which had a pharmacy and at the checkout the lady looked at me and the coupon and said, "I have never seen one of these before. Where did you get it from?" :eek: I immediately felt guilty as someone had got for me and I didn't know which store it had come from, so I just said "It's from another Tesco - I don't normally shop here." She didn't ask me anything else, I am glad to say, but I decided not to use any more there!:mad: So I would recommend that if you DO get coupons from someone else, that you know exactly which store they came from!!!

I have been to 2 Tescos recently - one a Tesco Extra and the other is the one with the pharmacy and have not seen H&B coupons at either. :think:

Don't be silly, it really doesn't matter which store they come from. Yes there are selected stores that get these vouchers, but they say TESCO on them, meaning any tesco. She was probably some nosey SA just wanting to get the voucehrs herself, NEVER could they refuse them from you just cos you got them from a different store. What you said is exactly what I would have said, whats the problem with saying it again if asked? Dont worry about it and carry on regardless.

Tesco-shopper, manda1205 is right. We never get them in south east Scotland, but I have had a number posted to me from other areas and not given a second glance other than that of jealousy at the tills.

Have you had any luck yet with the H&b leaflets.

I am having no joy at all. I have been to tesco extra cumbernauld several times and no joy, I guess they dont get them. I will be over in silverburn area next week so gonna give them a try as I know they had some last time. (not that I got any)

How about we set up a MSE franchise of Tesco and call Mr T and get him to send us all the vouchers

Ditto manda. Stuff em. I'd prefer to use such vouchers further afield anywayand not in my "home" tesco.

Can I please ask what these get set for summer ones are?
I found some lon thurs with £3 off summat,. 2 x £1 off summat and a 50 pts off vits and 250 pts off T&B. Are there any others about?
Oh for the £2.50 off £10 £1 off £4 and 1.25 off £5 QKs!

Handy samples too, I take em on my hols, not so much to pack then. Theres new H&B with 250pointers in, haven't had any my way yet, but we're usually a bit behind! So you could combine the points ones I think, also if you used the make up one as well you could do quite a good points shop.

You do know you could have used this in Tesco?

And that you could have picked up more than one leaflet...I won't say how many I picked up when our local Sainsburys had a refit - I had a field day with them in Tesco. Let's just say I had loads for myself, loads to swap and enough to share out dozens at the school gate to other Mums, for the whole 3 weeks they were valid...;)

Whats the latest on the 75% off leaflets.

I stumbled across one at the checkouts yesterday, was quite chuffed.

Are these still found delivered with the local newspapers?? Or have they been handed out in store??

I thought they only come with the free papers now, it's good to hear some stores still have them.
