TESCO H&B COUPONS - Thread 3 *See First Post for UPDATES*

Hi
Normally if you return anything to Tesco they do not take the points off;)
I have returned a few things including a printer that cost £50 and they let me keep the points.
Personally, I wouldn't advocate doing this TOO much, as being tesco they'll just clamp down even more, and will start taking point soff everything returned and will start scrutinising receipts, which for us couponers could be embarrassing!I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...0 -
long time no post. well anyway , picked up a handful of new style file leaflets last night at tesco. your essential grooming kit with expert tips
they have a pic of some blokes face on the front and inside are two 1.00 off coupons .
one is for wilkinson razors the other is any product from the brylcreem range. barcodes 9916926211004. 9916926201005. havent seen many coupons in my neck of the woods for sometime.
anyone got any ideas about various combinations etc.0 -
Has anyone got any H & B vouchers I could have please? Am happy to send SAE etc.

Had a very productive few days....lots of ups and downs in personal life, but some good couponing, with the HOPE of more couponing to cvm.
Got absolutely loads of points mainly from the wonderful Mums Choice leaflet....getting upto 3000 points a visit, for an outlay of as littles as 20p.........(after mocs).
Shopping wise, i got sent some 75% off earlier in week...apart from initial refusal, and then another "only one per transcation"....found a store that had recently changed policy as they were losing trade to a neighbouring Asda/Sainsbury's, that also take coupons....
The policy is.......WE TAKE ANY COUPONS......!!!!!!!!!!
I couldnt believe it....only last week i was refused more than one coupon....
Anyway...decided not to do too much at a time, so put two of each through, twice (2 transactions onbelt)....the first actually ended up at a 0p shop(quite accidentally).....although i knew i'd give him lots of small value mocs that were due to expire soon...
The second came to 5p.....Went to car, came back, young SA was telling another customer of my exploits and I put a bigger transcation through whch dropped to 80p....and got rid of all the small mocs......
Didnt get any fish fingers as didnt have freezer box in car...kept them for final transaction...
Gave this store a break and travelled to another two, where i did one item of each twice, in both stores.....used a couple of larger mocs to bring all bills down to less than a £1...(was quite happy with this...)
Went to one store where i was told 1 coupon per transaction...but was told supervisor that upheld this policy was finished in 10 minutes, so i should wait....sure enough she left and I hit checkout with 12 fish fingers, 8 domestos, 10 gravy mix , 6 toothpaste(had got cost of this down to 79p)...which takes 41p off your shopping).....and odd amounts of the other stuff..... SA just scanned and scanned and i ended up paying £1.30(didnt want to use my £1.25 Huggies wipes)....and went home to put fish fingers in freezer....
Did a similar one to this next day...and went back to store that takes anything, and got lots and lots of Pampers wipes, which I can sell immediately at maybe a loss of 20p each...but gain £4 in deals per pack.......
I mentioned the other day(on another thread), a friend had asked me about my HandB stash, and I took some to her, and was amazed she sold £40 worth in an hour....well.....I've taken boatloads to her...last night she gave me £196, had another £200 to come in, with the promise of another £200 later ..and more orders wanted...I knew my 550 bottles of Plax wouldnt be wasted....
Most things went at £1..except Lynx deo..£1.50, Herbal Esscence £1.50. Dove moistuiser range £2, and even the slimfast, garlic tabs, nappy sacks, antihistimines, vitamins and toothbrushes are going...
Went for a coffee this morning and popped into an Asda to have a look...bought some 50p easter eggs, and some other bits £6....was going to try SS till with £4 daily mail book token...but it wouldnt scan....SA tried but no good...Asked SA what policy was re coupons...to my amazement, she said, "as many as you like"....got SS bill down to 40pence.....
On way out got a text off my Coupon Queen, informing me of £4.80 worth of coupons in DAILY MAIL...... turned round, went back in picked up 10 daily mails and tried to get £4 book token to scan again(normal till)..but it wouldnt, SA contacted someone who said, it could only be used to buy the book..(Rubbish but accepted that)....
Apolgised, said thankyou and took 1 DM and a 50p egg and used 80p of Tate and Lyle coupons (i'd just peeled of the top of a tin), and paid the 15pence...Went to toilet, cut out £2.80 and £2.70 out of DM, and got two more 50p eggs with 10 daily mails and went to the till where i used both the coupons and paid NOTHING....
So now Ive got two stores that take anything...only thing is they're twenty mles apart, but the good thing is............... i'm in the middle....
So it looks to be shopping from Asda, points from Tesco
Going out soon to get some points now the "shopping" is done......Couponing....."every little hurts"

Unfortunately there are no h&b related coupons out at the moment apart from the ones you mention.. So unless you want to use manufacturers mocs with them you wont get them very cheap or for free..
I did also report that they do not scan on general groceries.0 -
Plymouth bear, I have never had much joy in finding coupons in any stores around me. I have taken to manufacturers coupons but still keep my eyes opened. Got a nice till spit giving 450 points when you spend £20 on womens clothing though, will take it back (the clothing I mean). Always some small way in which we can gain. Oh also got a £5.00 voucher off my next £20.00 spend at Tesco Direct just for getting my new Tesco catalogue scanned at the checkout.:T:jDabbler in all things moneysaving.Master of none:o
Well except mastered my mortgage 5 yrs early :T:j
