I think you just got unlucky - that certainly isn't a new policy in T's. At least not anywhere I shop.

There's also a possibility H&Bs may never be back - either temporarily as T's don't need to push products during the Christmas run-in, or because they've been caned to the extent that, like R&R, T's have stopped them for good.

    Only time will tell.......

I too had all my coupons refused, well they took a couple, but went to anther assistant, another day, and she took plenty. Seems it,s down to luck again, there,s normally a wee push on them, then it wears off. Just your luck I think.

It shouldn't be down to luck, have spoken to the managers of both my local stores and they have confirmed tescos policy is to take MOC's even if you havent purchashed the product provided they are in date and tesco sell the product. If you use more than one of the same coupon then you have to purchase the product, otherwise no limit on coupons used per shop.

Have NEVER seen the 'old style' H&B booklets in either of the 2 local Tescos, and the only 'So Beautiful' booklet I have ever seen did not have the vouchers anyway .

They appear to have given up here anyway.

If you do manage to get hold of the new Sb and you are totally desperate to buy more toiletries, John Frieda is on three for two offer so you might be able to use three of the £1.50 coupons. Not totally free but better than nothing. The ones I've had also had a free mini pack attached, usfull for stocking fillers
