I always hide mine in the middle! Don't want them to be noticed. And if they scan them they have always worked!
Did your shop contain a giftcard as they don't count towards a £30 shop?

The blue ones won't work on Tobacco products, fuel, cafe, lottery products, e-top up, prescription medicines, infant milk formula or gift cards.

Perhaps you had some of those?

Mine scanned last night on my £43 before BOGOF shop, but eagle-eyed SA then read it and said 'you can't have that' and voided it off :eek: . This guy also put through my DM (the £5.50 one :mad: ) but did not scan it properly, it never came off my bill but he kept it. Boohoo.

Will try again today with different SA . Although, with 2 kids in tow, wish me luck :rolleyes: .

I tried using the 5.50 coupon last week. It wouldn't scan because the barcode was quite fuzzy so the SA typed it in manually, but the till said it was invalid. I have given up trying to use this one.

Hi does anyone have any spare vouchers? My Tesco never ever does them - seems so unfair! I would be ever so grateful to anyone if they could spare any - I have all my family coming at Christmas and could do with getting some extras in!

Hi, can I ask for some help?

I'm quite a newbie at the whole H&B thing, only tried it a couple of times and successfully up until the other day.

Admittedly I got the calculations all mixed up and didn't spend enough to use two £2.50 coupons but the £1 toiletry coupons wouldn't work either so I'm a bit confused.

Here's what I bought:

Sanex Deodorant x 2 @ £1.75 each = £3.50
Adee Phelan Shampoo @ £3.45
Adee Phelan Conditioner @£3.45
Adee Phelan Hair Serum @ £3.45
Adee Phelan Spray @ £3.45

Total before BOGOF = £17.30

I managed to use 1 £2.50 voucher but the £1 toiletry voucher was declined. I'm going back to tesco to take the hair stuff back as obviously I messed up above and didn't spend enough before BOGOF to get 2 x £2.50 but am worried about trying the £1 ones again if they weren't accepted first time.

I've looked on the website and it's definitely listed under toiletry and not beauty as this is the only other thing I could think of as to why the coupon wouldn't be accepted.

Any advice?

Thanks, can I ask if the Charles Worthington range is also Beauty instead of toiletry then?
