    2 Dove s/poo @ £1.91
    2 Dove cond @ £1.91
    4 Dove hand cream @ £1 (night time - the other's £1.89)
    Total = £11.64 - £5.82 bogof = £5.82. (I hope!!)

    Sa would only accept 1 @ £2.50 s/b. I also had a £2.50 h/b and 2 £1 h/bs but after studying my receipt for ages she would only take the one. I paid about £15 with my other shopping. I am NOT complaining, I'm happy enough with what I got. I'm just posting to let everyone know.

    Hi, what are you and your mum buying?
    Are you spending over £4.00 on toiletries?

    In my case I had coupons refused on 2 x Tresemme (OOD SELs left up) and 2 x hand wash. Surely the Tresemme is toiletry? If not that would explain it as the handwashes came to less than £4.

    I'm not 100% sure on my Mum's shops as she's new to H&B. I know one of her shops was 2 x Dove body lotion and 2 x handwash, but not sure on the rest.

    Am off to study the lists to see what's what. Talk about learn something new every day!

    EDIT: The £1 HBs were not together - one at the front and one at the back. In my case she tried to scan them and when they wouldn't work, she simply handed all my coupons back and didn't use the gun. With my Mum I know £1s were not together and one SA simply refused to take any and one tried to get them through but couldn't.

    2 x Dove hand cream £1.00 Bogof
    Kids shampoo £1.74 2 for £3
    Toothpaste 90p
    2 x Nivea shower gel £1.79 Bogof
    Toothbrush 15p

    Total = £10.11

    2.50 SB
    2.50 HB
    1.25 QK
    1.25 QK

    The £1.00 SB were not together, they were mixed in with the above.
    Did 2 split shops with exactly same stuff (different groceries). The £1 SB x 2 went thro first time but not next time. I dont think she tried the scanner but cant be sure as I was in a sweat by then !!
    Still happy with my shop after being told NO coupons New Policy last week!

    So it worked ok the first time but not the second?

    Has to be a SA error......

    The TILL would have accepted the second £2.50 plus 1 of the £1 ones.

    You just got a miserable SA....try another one next time & don't go back to this one :)

    I didn't buy Tresemme but am fairly sure it's toiletry...hopefully, someone will be along that did buy it & can confirm.

    Dove body lotion (in Mum's shops) is definately beauty, so that's why her's wouldn't scan.

    Can anyone confirm if the 'Something Xtra (Cranberry cereal bars) £1.49 BOGOF work okay with the healthcare vouchers. Anyone tried them? What do they taste like.
    Thanks

    I've used H&B £1 againsst Tresemme in the past so they should work ok.
