Hi does anyone know if £1 plax coupon would come off Reach Junior mouthwash?? Kids dont like plax but love Reach Yum Yum flavour!:rolleyes:

I take it we're talking about the £1 peach-coloured H & B?

Today I did
Olay face cream (mum wanted) = £3.98
Loreal fixing spray x 2 - £2.98 x 2 =
Value toothpaste = 0.21p
= £10.15
- 2.98
- 2.50 H+B
- 1.25 x 2 QK
- 1 H+B
- 40p colgate
- 25p colgate smiles
= 52p

Face cream for me - £2.98
Mccleans x 2 - £2.45 x 2 = 4.90
Dove hand cream - £1.89 + £1 = 2.89
= £10.77
- 2.59
- 1
- 2.50 H+B
- 1.25 x 2 QK
- 1 H+B
- 40p x 2 colgate
- 25p x 2 colgate smiles
= -12p

As you can see, I had 6 coupons accepted on the first shop and 8 on the second and also had one £1 h+b on each for the toiletries that i had bought, so this problem doesnt seem to be national.

Also, there is a glitch on the Mccleans, it takes off £2.59 instead of £2.45.

my £1 coupons were refused last week, and because I am fairly new to this, i tried a few different shops. It wouldnt work with shampoo abdd conditioners, but worked with panty liners and impulse... i have gone back thru my receipts, and cannot see any answer as to why. that £1 coupon has always been dodgy for me.

and if possible whether there were more than two together, and did the SA try the hand scanner.

The first time mine was rejected, I bought 4 x mcadam shampoo, 2 conditioner, tried 1 coupon. maybe shampoo is not classed as toiletry???? i think that is where I messed up. thinking about it, all of my rejects are for haircare.

Because the McAdam is a *professional haircare* range, it's classified as beauty, hence why the £1 toiletry wouldn't scan.

If you look for the link in the first post of this thread, all the current offers are listed in toiletry/beauty/healthcare categories to help sort out what will scan with what

The £1.00 SB were not together, they were mixed in with the above.
Did 2 split shops with exactly same stuff (different groceries). The £1 SB x 2 went thro first time but not next time. I dont think she tried the scanner but cant be sure as I was in a sweat by then !!
Still happy with my shop after being told NO coupons New Policy last week!
