I had my first sucess finding any vouchers!! Saw some Quit Packs in a petrol station and grabbed 5. Yay me!!! I did try to get more, but paniced when the checkout girly clocked me.

Just need some H&B ones now...

BTW - The petrol station was at the Tescos in Chichester, if anyone lives near there (The box is by the front door).

Anyway, just got back from tesco and I picked up a few red colgate smiles kids packs, they have a pencil, rubber and chart and also 2 X 30p off colgate smiles toothpaste and toothebrushes in them, the barcodes are 99 and they dont have tesoc written on them, anyone else got them? do the coupons work on anything? Noticed a tiny 2 p glitch on Simple soap (4 pack) that is on BOGOF.
They went through till at 1.97 but Bogof came off at 1.99. SEL also said 1.99.
Not exactly a huge saving but hey at least it's in our favour

My mum has just been on the phone telling me about her first ever H and B shop that she did today...........:rotfl: .
.........she bought loads of stuff and used a serious load of vouchers...:eek: (several of each by the sound of things; a mixture of Toiletries and healthcare)..........
to be honest I think it was luck rather than judgement...........

just made me chuckle thinking of this grey haired little old lady handing in sh**loads of vouchers........:rotfl: :rotfl:

He he he, I tend to know when Im reading it, you sort of dont think about it, it just makes sense, but yes now you've said that I spose it would be Beauty Consultant. Doh! So many codes!

:j Nearly fainted today. They had H&B at the end of the tills in Chester store . Never been seen here before. No sign of any beauty consultants yet though. All that's needed now is the confidence to use them.

have you ever have a day when everything just go wrong?

so here it goes:

ran in pouring rain into sainsbury and searched for mag coupons, walked out empty handed no luck.

1st shop:
happy scanner turned funny half way thro, scrutinised coupon and said one per transaction, asked if i can use non identical one, yes, but scan and void scan and void and handed all mocs back to me :mad::mad::mad:. handed over the 6 off 30 spend tillspit and it won't scan. :mad: fine, politely paid up and went straight for a refund. cs didn't take off bogof and ended up a fiver in credit .

2nd shop:
first dtd attempt failed miserably, used a normal receipt, cs refused to refund due to receipt has been wet and blurred by rain, read receipt carefully and politely pointed out to cs the blurred but still readable bits, so got a refund, only discovered it was a straight refund without double the different when got back home :mad::mad::mad: think that particular cs sabrina recognised me. should stay away from now on.

did a small shop as i think tonight is not my night, got 8 plax 8 t wipes bread and milk, sa happy chat away and scan away, then again half way thro she got funny and started to categorise coupons and said plax one ok as i bought the product, but cannot take more than a fiver in total for other hbs :mad::mad::mad:, tried to use same 6 off 30 tillspit and it won't scan again :mad::mad: politely paid up and left.

went home and did a calculation, it wasn't that bad as both shops with the rejections and refund ended up more or less even. u win some u lose some.

search a few stores and finally found my 1.99 toastie bags, got lovely bread and cheese and thought i will have lovely lunch tomorrow, only found out the bags are bigger than the slots of my small toaster gggggrrrrrhhhh i really have enough of today think i will go to bed early tonight.

however, i m happy to fill up my plax cupboard.
