My OH went in 3 stores this morning, all extras,no Lynx on the shelves whatsoever, the ones on bogof that is.However my OH asked an assistant in one store if there was any Lynx in the "back",the reply was "no sorry there is not",the assistant went onto say "the Lynx will be coming off bogof shortly & going to half price:eek: ",my OH asked when & was told "im not sure, but we always struggle to replenish/receive stock on lines that are coming off offer".I am only repeating what my OH told me & have no way of comfirming this, but something seems afoot with all these changing offers "mid-term",is MR T getting wise??,personally i doubt it,but it all seems very strange
.
DAMMIT! Lynx and Tresseme were the 2 things I wanted too!! Won't be anything left by the time I get to shop!
Looks like greed wins yet again :lipsrseal*If you like the advice I give...let me know by clicking the THANKS button*

I wish this thread would go back to how it was before all the arguing/discussions started
We don't come on here to read that stuff!
All I want is a few minutes (hours?) of peaceful browsing and maybe to find a new glitch etc when I am on the Tesco thread.
I find most of the posts either entertaining or informative and thats why I visit this thread so often, so please stop with the arguments, we don't need them!Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -

That would be nice as long as people don't keep "bragging" how many 100's (not that many but you know what I'm trying to say) vouchers, items they got... but more about the tips and tricks, glitches.
That's why I started reading this thread anyways...I hope things will go back to "normal" now *If you like the advice I give...let me know by clicking the THANKS button*

It is so tiresome to read through all the bickering though and lots of other threads have been removed due to constant bickering.
If someone annoys you by telling how many of this and that they received, ignore it!
I myself have had the odd brag when I have had a particuarly good shop, its human nature to want to share the fact you got something for nothing!
and I also love to hear of other peoples successes.
I have only been reading this thread for a few months but I have been so impressed at peoples willingness to share tips and help other people out, thats what it should be about...Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
These are the only BOGOF's that have changed to half price according to website....
Sunsilk... 88p
Right Guard Spray... £1.18
Imperial Leather S'Gel B'Foam ... 74p
Colgate navigator, massage t'brushes... £1.29
Plax.... Unconfirmed... Full price online but earlier reported as bogof £2.86 instore.
No price cuts on healthcare...
So still lots of scope for combining....
With some of the old BOGOF combinations you had to go a fair bit over the £10 mark to maximise your vouchers. (Eg, you had to spend £11.84 on Radox to exceed £10)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Anyone??? whats the deal
Please someone tell me
thanks
Buy 2 Plax @ £2.86 on BOGOF = £5.72 less £2.99 (due to glitch) = £2.73, less 2 x £1 Plax coupons and 1 x £1.25 wys £5 QK coupon = 2 free bottles of Plax and 52p off your shopping. There are other coupons can be used as well, making it even better but I didn't get any of those.
(I assume the above answer is what you were asking for??)0
