Use whats known as google, theres many a website that will search for these hotels for you.

There's many sites that will do the legwork for you like hotels.com.

http://www.imperialhotels.co.uk/ are central and reasonable. If you want cheap then try Travellodge & Premier Inn. Look at TravelRepublic & Lastminute as well.
