Nationwide mortgage referred

Hi All,
This is my first time posting on here so bare with me. I am looking for some advice about the Nationwide mortgage process. My partner and I have applied for an 85% LTV mortgage with Nationwide via the New Homes group (we have brought a new build). When our broker put the application through we got referred. This was on Monday 23rd of January. Since then we have been going backwards and forwards to Nationwide who keep requesting extra documents! We are due to complete on the 30th of March so I am getting anxious now. Has anyone else been referred by Nationwide and if so did you eventually get an offer?
Thanks in advance
