Victorian house brick

Any suggestion how to get front side of a old victorian house with old looking brick nicer.

I see some have cleaner bricks on the front than other. How to get that done? Yet some houses have Red bricks around the window which looks nicer as well?

How much would this cost around?

Of which house? Which bricks on the neighbouring house have been painted?

The brick needs cleaning using sand, or even better CO2 blasting.

One on the left which is brighter with some white colored bricks.
