appeal rejected from ukcps

Ukcps have rejected my 1st stage appeal.
Their appeals dept have written pointing out they may use "debt recovery procedures", that I can appeal to the IAS, and that in order to appeal, the IAS will need the parking charge number, the date the charge was originally issued, and the vehicle reg'.
They say the appeal must be submitted within 21 days, and to visit the (what I assume is) the IAS website. www.theias.org
What they havnt sent, which I was expecting, was an independent appeal code.
how should I respond without the code? or are they no longer issued?
If it's of any help to those that might help me, this last letter is only showing the BPA logo alone - NO ipc logo.
thanks in advance

no longer issued, you use the PCN number
I am pretty sure the IPC or IAS website covers this point (they changed from issuing codes to using the pcn references last year)
you should have followed their directions (but draft up your appeal first as its a one shot deal)0 -

Thanks for that Redx.
I've had a look through IAS website, and it asks for PCN and car reg numbers to start the appeal.
Is this my "one shot deal" to submit all written and picture stuff (with links) to support my appeal online, or is it simply to register my appeal with IAS, and I can send stuff later in the post?
I don't want to put PCN and car details in now to be asked for the whole thing without being prepared. Especially re my picture evidence. Thanks in advance.0 -
never used them
my understanding is that you can only do it the once and at that exact same time upload all of your evidence, pictures and what have you
my understanding is that you cannot go back and add anything else , hence why I called it a one-shot deal
in other words, have everything ready and attach all your attachments with your appeal at submission time
you wont get any chances to add further info or evidence0 -
This company use the contractual charge model. Contractual charges are subject to v.a.t. If the NTD/NTK makes no mention of vat then
i) they could be fiddling vat
ii) it is not a contractual charge but a breach of contract/trespass,
in both cases they have to prove loss. More here:

Look at other IAS failed appeals and how ridiculous some the verdicts are and try to add a counterargument to your appeal to each point, ie. how can you prove the contract doesn't contain something if you don't have a copy of that contract, it should be for the PPC to prove it does contain it.0

I think, from what little I can find out, that this is the case. I wonder how many have failed to get a comprehensive appeal in to IAS because e.g. they didn't have pic's ready to hand for uploading.
Can anybody say whether there is anything at all stopping me from sending in a hard copy appeal to IAS, rather than be under the pressure to construct online. I would like to at least have a concerted effort to get IAS to recommend to Ukcps to let go.
I remember Marktheshark gave me their address a while back to which I include below If anyone needs it. As MTS pointed out at the time, it's interesting to note other parties at the same address.
Thanks for all input to my plight
