She didn't use the sofa as I'm sure you can imagine we all did not want to go to bed at 7pm! And as it was the only room to sit in with the TV, kitchen facilities, bathroom/toilet entrances etc etc that's why.

    It was Finland.

I didn't want a bed side I just suggested to the rep as a option to help the problem. My little girl sleeps in a bed fine but a very high bunk bed for a 3 yo....not practical nor safe!

Maybe I'm on a different planet but my issue is not who slept where my issue is I specifically booked this for the fact it had 6 beds plus a 'sofa' not 4 beds. Had I know this I would not have booked it.

I do have pictures, not sure how to attach on here

I can't help but I would just like to say you have my sympathies. I've no idea how much the holiday cost but £250 doesn't sound much & holiday vouchers are useless, are you really likely to use these people again?
As Hollydays said above there are ways to pursue this, if you are confident then through the small claims process, if not then speak to a lawyer.

Having had a quick look at the ABTA site it does suggest they should help. Statements like
Accurate information so you can make an informed choice
    and
Resolution of your complaint as quickly as possible and, if it can’t be resolved amicably, the guaranteed option of arbitration to find a settlement.
    suggest they should be helpful.

    Good luck.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

I did mean for you to send the pics to the company so they know what you paid for and what you got.
