Terms and Conditions

1. Prize Draw Competition opens at 8:00pm on Thursday 5th March 2015 and closes at 12:00pm (midday) on Friday 6th March 2015; is open only to entrants from the UK (including Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and BFPO Germany aged 18 years and over (excluding those involved in the competition, employees of Vertbaudet, its sister companies and their families). Entries received after that time cannot be guaranteed to be placed into the Prize Draw Competition.
2. Entry into the competition is free of charge and not linked to any obligation to purchase or request a catalogue, nor to any gift allocation scheme. Please remember that your picture and comments may be posted on our Facebook page / album with your Facebook name and profile picture and will be accessible to anyone viewing that page. A post might also be added to your wall.
3. There will be 1 winner chosen at random; the winner has the choice of receiving either the ‘Fire Truck’ bookcase or the ‘Miss Kitty’ bookcase as shown in the Facebook competition post. Only 1 bookcase is being offered as the prize for the competition.
4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries arriving after the closing date.
5. Only one entry per person or household.
6. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries shortly after the closing date, 12:00pm on Friday 6th March. We will post the name of the winner on our Facebook page.
7. The winner will be notified by Monday 9th March 2015.
8. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact Vertbaudet via private message on Facebook to confirm a delivery address once they have been notified as being the winner. Vertbaudet reserve the right to choose another winner if the original one has not contacted us and supplied a delivery address within 14 days of the winning announcement (23/03/15).
9. Vertbaudet may partially or totally alter, extend or cancel this Competition.
10. By entering the competition you agree to your profile name, profile image and entry comments to be shown on Vertbaudet’s Facebook wall. We reserve the right to feature photographs, names and postal town locations of all competition winners for advertising purposes (unless they renounce their prize).
