Tax credits and when childcare stops

I work 30 hours per week and have 2 children, I claim for childcare as one is in nursery and one goes to a holiday club in the school hols.

However the youngest is finishing nursery next week as he starts school in September so I will only need childcare to cover for school holidays. I will need to ring Tax credits next week to inform then of this but how will it effect the money they pay. I am worried if it will be a big drop in payments because this is worked out over a year, I know the next tax year won't be as bad because there shouldn't be a change in circumstances like this year.

Just panicking because they have messed up my payments before and left me with no money due to their mistake
