Benefits once JSA runs out

If someone is on JSA but has only paid enough contributions in the previous tax year to be able to get JSA for 6 months is there any other benefit they could claim when the JSA ran out if they have not found a job in that time?

The person in question has no children or disability and has a working partner?

Will depend on how many hours and how much the working partner earns.

So if over 25 yrs and doing 30 hrs a week then they might be entitled to working tax credits.

Plus, housing benefit and council tax support.

you would, but having a partner working over 24 hours per week means you get no payment...it is household income based

Thanks captain accuracy, if you read my post it says the other benefits are child related. Ie. couldnt get them if I didnt have my son, the way my circumstances are.
