mildew and mould on curtains and blinds

Does anyone know if there is a spray of some sorts that will prevent mould and mildew forming on fabric curtains and blinds. Prevention rather than a cure approach!!!

Bleach
You have to stop the reason for the mould which will be Damp / Condensation / lack of ventilation or all or more of one and a lack of the other.
Insulate / heat or / and ventilate.
What is the RH%?
Temp?
Near windows?
Damp?0
