Bathroom Underfloor Heating

Hi,
We're having a new bathroom sorted out, currently having many a fun hour picking taps from about a million different brochures!!
We're going to go for underfloor heating, and the shop are recommencing a Devi system (http://devi.danfoss.com/) which on the face of it comes highly recommend as shown by some internet research. However it also seems quite expensive ~£600 inc. labour for installation
I was expecting about half that for the floor space that is to be heated (around 2.5m square)
Am i barking? Any recommendations for alternatives at all?

I had a WarmUp system in my old house and in the 8 years I used it, it was fine. I've been looking at underfloor heating for my new house and would probably buy WarmUp again.0

I have fitted a number underfloor heating systems. They are quite labour intensive as you need to take your time. £600 isn't a bad price.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Mat and controller around £250 for that size. Easily 4-6hrs between trades to wire and screed
Remember to insulate otherwise it may never get to its set point. Either board over solid floors or insulate between rafters if suspended timberHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
I think that's a fair price. I have underfloor heating in my bathroom, and wouldn't be without it. Once you've had it you'll always want it. Mine is electric so I also had to pay an electrician to wire it up to a special plug box on the wall, so that was extra too.
I take it you're also having a radiator? Underfloor heating is lovely under your feet, it does throw out some heat too, but you need a radiator as well.0
