Hey guys,

Has anyone else been lucky enough to receive one of these?

I was parked in an area which claims to be "Private" but was very much open with no metal gates or anything stopping anybody from parking there.

There was VERY faint markings starting it was apparently a disabled only parking bay. It wasn't until I got back to my car that I saw the signs, and in their defense they were quite clear.

It was strange that when I parked in the bay in the first place a young male looked and kept staring at me, smiling as if to say "you're the one" or something. Then the shop in front of me, another male popped his head up, looked and stared at me. I thought I was going to be mugged or my car smashed in to be honest.

Their website looks extremely unprofessional. I've also looked on YouTube at Watchdogs example of what I should do.

This was uploaded in 2010, has the law changed since then?

I noticed in the "Pay by card" section that they ask me for my card number, security number and expiry date. I'm pretty sure the only thing they can do with that is spend my money for me rather than take money out as many other companies only ask for your account number and sort code, which they clearly have not.

Is this all legal? Should I worry about paying up?

PS I also like how they spelt "silver" - "silvag"
