Accident Claims Management Fraud

    We gave them the case for accident and whiplash other then using our own insurance company . after 2weeks we are still waiting for the agreement papers
    avery time we phoned we where told vehicle engineer assessor was ill would come next week. i have heard some claims running for 15 month ect. we where told our car would ready for collection as it driverable as damage is on back bumper size of a football. they came took the hire car as needed to give it to some else. the day we where going collect our car we recieved the letter.

    Is the extent of the damage a dented rear bumper? If so, why would it need to be recovered on a trailer? Any competent bodyshop could repair/replace a bumper in a couple of days so possibly it's the ridiculous claim for eight weeks car hire which is causing the other party to dispute the claim.

    it was foolish off us to give them the claim do you think i should inform the police so they can put a marker the car in case it been driven around plus i am thing of speaking to my solicitor

    Someone i work with who said he used the company in past and if he refered any accident claim he gets payed £200

    Shame, if it had been your Insurers you may have had some come back on them.

    Is the company regulated by anyone?
