...a company who specialise in selling stuff over the phone getting one of their drivers snapped by google street view on the phone at the wheel.

  • That's not ironic at all. The company sells stuff over the phone, their driver is on the phone so it's quite apt.

    It would be ironic if the vehicle was some road safety partnership vehicle and the driver was on the phone.

    It looks like the van is stationary so no problem, assuming engine is off. Unfortunately street view can't give that info

    yup. looks like he's just adjusting his bluetooth earpiece. Maybe it was falling off because it was so big and heavy.
