please help! i cant watch video (for example, when i redownloaded live messenger the video didnt play) and also when i view my files as the little thumbnails it takes an age for them to show as a picture!

If you have reinstalled windows you may have lost your video decoder, you can either ask your computer supplier to resurrect it or buy a new one from Nvidia.

thanks, i sorted it, a windows update popped up with a radeon upgrade and that fixed both probs
