1. By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to 'Win an incredible family holiday for 4 to South Carolina"
3. Entrants must be 21 years old or over.
4. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK except employees of Lands’ End, South Carolina Tourist Board, Virgin Atlantic, Dial-A-Flight, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
5. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
6. Only one entry per household.
7. The closing for receipt of entries is midnight on 14th May 2015.
8. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Lands’ End. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Lands’ End reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
9.The winner's details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at South Carolina Prize Draw, Lands’ End UK Ltd, Lands’ End Way, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6US.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
11. The prize is subject to availability and all travel must be booked by 30 Jun 2015. All travel should be completed by 30 Jun 2016. The prize is for a maximum of 4 people only (2 adults and 2 children only). A child will be defined as a person aged between 2-11 years old at the last travel date. All bookings made are subject to DialAFlight’s standard terms and conditions http://www.dialaflight.com/bookingconditions.aspx The following dates are excluded for travel: 23 Mar -15 Apr 2015; 01 Jul -15 Sep 2015; 24 Oct -31 Oct 2015; 10 Dec 2015 -10 Jan 2016;19 Feb - 27 Feb 2016: 20 Mar -14 Apr 2016.
12. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, visas and are legally entitled to travel to USA and have valid travel insurance. The South Carolina tourist board accepts no responsibility for been refused entry to USA.
13. Prize offer details: Up to 4 Economy class return non-stop flights from London Heathrow to Atlanta with Virgin Atlantic / Delta - Travel must be on Virgin Atlantic/ Delta Airlines direct flights to/from Atlanta from London Heathrow only
