THE HUNT IS ON: Telescopic Ladder

Ok DIY'ers

I live in an 1st floor flat. Just noticed today that the window filler that holds the glass in the window is missing from a few windows. I need to get some filler in quick.

Because of living in a flat, having a small car and lack of back garden, I quite like the idea of a telescopic ladder.

Requirements:
1) I want to be as safe as possible
2) I ideally want to be able to reach the section under the roof (needs paiting)

Of course this is a lot of money to spend on a ladder. If anyone had any other ideas please let me know. I just came across this.

Just been watching QVC and the 'todays special value' is a telescopic ladder. It is £167 and has free P&P but this is for today only.

YOu can also pay for it in 3 easy payments of just under £56 for 3 months.

It don't help you, but i found one of these in a skip about a year ago. Nice find, i think they bined it because the bottom rung was missing and they cannot use it on site because the HSS will rip them apart.

Works great for me around the house, and it looks the biz.

Why not beg/or rent one.
