Hi
I have a couple of tsb plus accounts. Been paying religiously all the time the interest but not this month. I did pay the £500 last month. Anybody has had the same?
Cheers

Log in to your online area and check you're still set up for paperless statements and correspondence.0

Thank you for that. It is very strange as I haven't changed those settings in February (and both accounts were set up for paperless) but somehow paperless statements and correspondence were not set up. The only thing I have done in Feb was to open a plain classic account. I wondered if they have messed up with those settings when they set up the new account. I am not happy I am not getting my £13 for February!
Thanks for prompting me to look at that.0 -
I think I have seen one or two other reports from people whose paperless settings had mysteriously been changed. A call to TSB seems to have resolved those issues. If that works for you as well, please post back for the benefit of others.0

I too opened another TSB account in February, and seem to remember that, as well as being able to select the options for this account, on the same page there was also the option to globally switch on/off paperless for all accounts held. Maybe you inadvertently clicked this and turned them all off?0

Hi
No, I think mine was different to that because the system didn't even recognize I was already a TSB customer and created new login details for me. That's when I had to ring TSB to merge the profiles of the classic plus account and the new classic account.

Hi
I went to the branch today and after quite some time of looking and looking into my account the lady said that she think there had been a problem with their system (whatever that means). She also talked of a second customer that had complaint about the same issue today. Anyway, I had to ring TSB from the branch and the lady on the phone agreed to pay the interest for both February and March at the beginning of May. So, it took a while, but I will get the interest.

This happened to me when I opened my second account. I had to go into branch to get it sorted where instead of merging the profiles a third account was opened. They subsequently opened the second account and I've ended up with three accounts.Hi

Glad it's sorted but do you know why there is a two month delay?0 -

The lady on the phone said she had to submit the form for my interest for February to be paid - and that it will then be paid in April along with the interest for march. So, if it has happened to anybody else, it doesn't seem you will get the money credited back unless you complaint (Off the record - I still think the problem was related with the account I opened back in February).
