coop energy keeping hold of my money!

Co op energy have overcharged me by £350
I rang and asked them for it back - they were reluctant but eventually said it would take up to 14 days. I'm still waiting...what can I do ?

I've rung them and emailed them - no response or on hold for 45 minutes !

    Most companies take ages to give back your money.

    BT recently took over 5 weeks to give me back my money when I moved elsewhere.

    I am still waiting for Sky to refund me after 8 weeks.
