What an absolute sham of a company these are...
They never reply to any of your emails, have no contact telephone number, and you'll be waiting weeks for any sort of refund from them.
Oh, and try and tell them that you need the refund doing to a different card.
Just try.
I did, on 5 different occasions, and they STILL refunded it to the wrong card. Because of these muppets I have lost almost £100.
I'll never use again, and there's way better deals out there than these clowns provide.
