ok seems I have totally got it wrong
I appealed as the driver of the car
I had paid for the parking but the ticket on flimsy paper blew off the dash on to the passenger seat and was still visible
they have reduced the parking charge to £15
do I pay to shut them up or do I fight
I sent proof that I had paid in the appeal...online with photos
contacted popla and the chap I spoke to said if the terms and conditions state clearly display and I didnt then I have breached the contract
am in a total state of twit
ignored this company 5 years ago and after a year they shut up but dont know if I can handle the stress again
please advise
thank you

Do not think of it as stressful, think of it as an opportunity to have some fun at the expense of knuckle dragging ex-clampers. Mr Davey, a barrister in Winchester, did.
