Coop parking fine

I parked my car in coop with a 2 hr stay and stayed 30 mins over although I disputed this. I received fine for £90. I went on this site and decided to follow advice that it was a private car park and it was cowboys trying to enforce a large sum of money that I didn't have. I then received another letter later saying cost had gone up. I still ignored then I got one from debt collector and again reading reviews decided company still not legit as they only set up 3 months after my first fine originated and forum said could not enforce. I have now received a court letter from small claims court date of service 5 3 2015 and it only came today. What do I do. xxx

Is this CEL/DEAL? When was the original ticket?0

A quick look on this forum would show many CEL/DEAL topics
go to the parking pranksters website and read page 1 , 2 and possably page 3
cel/deal have been telling a lot of porky pies , and are actually in court in Scotland on fraud charges tody,
you need to achnolage the claim to give you more time , and then write a serious denial ,
is the form signed by a Mr Schwartz , as in this one:0 -
Let me guess
Claimant is CEL or DEAL
Form signed by M Shwarts or whatever variation of spelling he is using this month
Date of service is the date you are deemed to have received the claim
If you are going to defend (why wouldn't you) then you need to send the acknowledgement of service to the court
This gets you 28 days from the date of service to file a defence. You can then use that time to do a bit of reading on here MSE and parking prankster
There are literally dozens of CEL/DEAL court claim threads with lots of info to help you0 -
This latest batch (and we've seen a few today) are now signed by M Schwartz.
Doesn't validate anything else in there though, they're still rubbish claims.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Forward the Form to report@sra.org.uk
Making a compliant that this solicitor is allowing this parking firm to produce photocopied Claim forms with his signature on thus fraudulently adding claim fees as he has not even read the claim form particulars.
Also inform them that this parking firm have been charged with several criminal matters in Scotland which appears to relate to making false statements to people investigating them .
Do this then start looking at a defence, they dont usually turn up at court so yo should get an easy £90 for a day off work.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
the SRA are aware of Mr Micheal david Schwartz sra No 118966 , please keep the complaints going to them ,
if there are enough , perhaps they might act on it0 -
It was DEAL and ticket was issued sept 20130
-
deal DID NOT issue the ticket , was it CEL ? and are you absolutely clear on the date
I mean the date you parked , not the day the bog roll came thru the door0 -
Evening all.
I too have received a claim letter from DEAL dated 5th of March 2015.
Initially I thought it was for a ticket I received in 2013 which was dealt with by the Co-op themselves, however, when I checked the particulars of claim it was for a vehicle I sold on in 2011 !
I vaguely remember getting a NtoK at the time (possibly in 2010) which I ignored as per the advice at the time and have received nothing since until this claim form arrived.
Also, the year of the "offence" is stated as 1900, 59 years before I was born !.
I am trying to trawl through all the info but I'm not that clever so any help would be gratefully received.....or should I start a new thread?!0 -
please just type cel/deal into this forum or indeed google , you can read at your leisure what this shower of %^TY are upto , then if you don,t understand anything , start a new topic ,0
