just a reminder that if you have had dealings with / complained about / to the DVLA ....

then there is an online complaints survey they have replied via there market research dept.

A lot of supplier surveys are run by independent companies, I do loads for our suppliers and they hardly ever host them themselves.

It could be legit.

It IS the DVLA ... I received a written one and it had the link .......

it was about complaining to the DVLA

I have complained , and then complained about my complaint All to the DVLA
